STEP 4: Define lower & upper lash lines with Killer Liner in Sapphire

STEP 5: Stamp Bless Your Tart everywhere that you applied Killer Liner in Sapphire

STEP 6: Finish with 3 generous coats of Better Than Sex Mascara for volume, length & curl
