STEP 2: Then, blend using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush from lash line up to the brow bone.

STEP 3: Allow to for Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer to dry, then blend shadow effortlessly on top.

PRO TIP: REMOVE SMUDGING ON EYELIDS

STEP 1: Apply a small amount of Shadow Insurance Eyeshadow Primer using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush.

STEP 2: Follow with eyeshadow, eye liners, and mascara, if desired.

EXPERT TIP: CREATE A LIQUID EYESHADOW

STEP 1: Pick up your choice of eye shadow with a clean ring finger.

STEP 2: Place a drop of Shadow Insurance Eyeshadow Primer to the center of the ring finger with eyeshadow and massage ring fingers together to create a liquid eyeshadow.
